The primary issue raised in my letter was the approach that the AAT let the NDIS take to IMEs. My letter challenges the processes that the ART allows ... pointing out that the High Court of Australia advised the approach the ART (and the AAT) have adopted was incorrect. The Executive Advisors response ignores the issue that I raised, referring instead to parts of the Administrative Review Tribunal (Expert Evidence) Practice Direction 2024 that are unrelated to the issues I raised.

This response is inadequate; it ignores the issues raised in the letter.
