The primary issue in my letter was the approach that the AAT let the NDIS take to IMEs. My letter challenges the processes that the ART allows. The Executive Advisors response ignores the issue that I raised, referring instead to parts of the Administrative Review Tribunal (Expert Evidence) Practice Direction 2024 that are unrelated to the issues I raised.
