See http://a4.org.au/node/2059. It seems that the NDIS simply "lost" this matter. AEIOU told A4 they have no idea what this was about. The NDIS has not published anything we could find about this trial. A4 doubts that this trial ever existed.

Dear sir/madam,

I request a copy, under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 1982, of all information and documents that describe or relate to "collaborative work" between the NDIA and AEIOU being conducted in Townsville related to early intervention and the NDIS.

NDIA officials made me aware of the existence of "collaborative work" through:

  1. a video meeting between me and several NDIA officials, Ms Vicki Rundle, Ms Stephanie Gunn and Chris Faulkner, on the 21/12/2016, and
  2. a letter transmitted by email from William Gatton on 20/3/2017.

I asked questions about this "collaborative work" or "experiment" or whatever is going on in an email (my record shows that it was sent to William Gatton on 6/2/2017). The response that I received (from William Gatton on 20/3/2017) did not answer the questions asked.

I would prefer to receive electronic copies of the documents that you provide in response to this request.

Please contact me via email or by telephone (on 04xx xxx xxx) if you want further information or clarification about this request. Please contact me if you need my postal address.
