Dear Mr Buckley

Please find attached correspondence in relation to your FOI request.

I draw your attention to the Agency’s request within the attached letter. We seek your consent to the disclose of your employer’s name to relevant third parties to assist with the consultation process.

Please let me know if you require the attached letter in an alternative format or if you have any questions.

Kind Regards,

Note: Mr Buckley's employer has nothing whatsoever to do with this FoI request (see http://a4.org.au/node/1445). Mr Buckley's interest in the matter relates to his role as A4 Convenor which is a voluntary role and does not relate to his employment in any way.

Also Notice that the Subject line in the email from the NDIS is for a different matter (see http://a4.org.au/node/1439).

The NDIS failed/refused to provide any information to A4 about it's Townville early intervention experiment. Conversations with AEIOU and searches of the NDIS website lead us to believe there was no such experiment; NDIA officials just made it up to avoid having to actually do anything useful.
