In an email (16/3/2018), an AAT officer, Ms Kate Lynch of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal's Principal Registry, wrote:
... the Tribunal is commencing a project to review our procedures and current NDIS Practice Direction. Part of that review process will involve consultation with disability advocates over the next few months and I have added your contact details to be included.
Autism Aspergers Advocacy Australia (A4) hereby requests, under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 1982, all information about the design, conduct, progress and outcomes (or lack thereof) of that review.
Please provide your response in electronic form; we do not want a paper copy. If you would like clarification of anything in this request or to discuss any matter relating to it, do not hesitate to contact me by email or on 04XX XXX XXX.
