Minister, The Hon. S. Robert MP, claims to have consulted over the Government's planned changes but clearly he, the NDIA and the Government have not listened to participants and their representatives, to families and carers, to experts and to service providers. The Minister and the NDIA just ignore what the whole sector said when they were consulted. This is not how an effective government minister behaves. This is not how effective governments operate.
