Dear Attorney-General

The attached response from Ms Yeend of DSS does not address the issue raised in the email that prompted it (see attached email). Please provide a response to the issue raised, that "the former Minister's (for the NDIS) staff claimed that the AAT operates outside the law".

Surely, this is a legal question. It is not an issue for staff in DSS.
